Warren Harding has a solid group of starters 1-5. Desmar Jackson, Shedlon Brogden, Fred Williams are the best trio of guards you will find in the state.
They are hungry after making the elite 8 last season and will be hard to beat in '09. Timken is a solid squad as well.
This is certainly the most anticipated matchup of the Pizza Oven Classic.
Timken is no slouch and can stand toe-to-toe with Harding. They're athletic and can run with Harding. It's going to come down to execution. Jehvon Clark, Jared Porrini, Cameron Howard, Desmond Rorie and Chaz Moore are all talented and quick Plus they have a lot of depth compared to last year's team that went 24-1.
Should be a good one!

Which boys basketball team will top the Northeast Ohio Conference?
Walsh Jesuit and Rachel Theriot have proven that they are definitely a force. That girl has mad skills! =)
Ignatius does it again! Way to represent Cleveland. No other team does it like the Wildcats!!!

How do these two school's match up? Who are the players to watch? Any predictions? I think Aurora is going to come away with the win.
We are so proud of you! Now go out and finish the job and bring home that state title!
Go Greenmen!
Elder will keep the trophy in the Queen City after they knock off the Wildcats this weekend. Cincinnati football has dominated Northeast Ohio for the past 7 years and don't see it stopping anytime soon. The sick thing about Elder this year is that they're young and will only get better next season while NE Ohio has no hope after Iggy this year.
Colerain, Elder, X, Moeller and the list goes on and on. What do you have up North? Ed's? Mentor? Please. The domination continues!
I'll be watching. Proud grad. Win or lose, i'm happy for you guys!
Northeast Ohio pride! I'm rooting for these kids, too. it's about time northeast ohio ruled high school football again.
